They didn't say anything. There was silence for 6 seconds then they hung up on me. If you called the wrong number, say that. But don't disturb someone and then just hang up in their face. I blocked them and marked them as SPAM with my phone company.

This is not a telemarketer. It's an alarm company calling because you're listed on an alarm owner's contact list, and the alarm went off.
After reading this I called them back. The answered "security central", I gave them my phone number and they asked for my name which I provided and they told me that the alarm at my sisters had went off...I just don't answer a number unless I know who it is...
