Chewed them out for calling at 9 pm callee hung up
DEBT COLLECTOR STATING THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY PAYCHECK. SHE SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND HER. I THINK SHE SAID SHE WAS WITH A LAW FIRM BUT SHE STARTED OFF SAYING SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT FROM OUR LOCAL HOSPITAL.

Called from this number and when I pick up there was no answer. Same thing happened with a number ending in 2100.
They hung up when I answered. I called back, a recording greeted but then the phone hung up again. I think that it is a spammer using WindStream's phone number. I have learned that spammers and now doing this. They have actually used two of my acquaintances phone numbers and when I called back to my friends, they had not called me!
