I think they are a collection agency is my guess. I called them and they messed up and called me Ms Kim. I asked who they thought I was and they said her full name. I said that was not me and they asked if I knew her current number. This is what made me think it is a collection agency. I told them no and to take me off their call list. They said they already had. Will let you know if they keep calling or actually stop.

Looks like the number might be connected to geting Comcast Service in some way. Try asking them if they are a susidiary of a Company Called Neutral Tandem, LLC.
