They never came . They call n ask address

They called me and said I had signed up to receive a child safety kit, having a small child I believed her that maybe I had done this. She asked me to confirm my address (she also asked for directions) and a good delivery time and then asked if my husband would be home. I told her he would be and no one ever came to deliver the safety kit. I looked up the number and found the remarks below.
