calls and leaves no message

It's a marketing company hired by the Eureka, CA, Time Standard newspaper. This was the 4th call from this number, but the 1st time a human responded when I answered the phone. Since I'm a former customer, the law says they have a right to call.

I called the number (707) 260-2888 back and it went into a voicemail system direct--no ring, nothing after I completed dialing.  I work for a government agency and this line called my direct line---which isn't published anywhere.  They've done it daily this week, always after hours.

I dont have comcast and i got a call from them so its not a comcast bill collection. but i would like to know who it is and why they keep calling my house

Not positive, but "pretty sure" it is comcast bill collection... They have a habit of using different locations in different area codes to throw people off

707-260-2888 They call several times a week and leave no message - I am sure it is a sales call...and if I don't recognize the number, I do not answer. Wish they'd leave my unlisted phone number alone - it's annoying.

TThey call and do not respond after answer ma****e message.  They just **** up. Call is coming fromNapa, Calif. is all I found out.
