I recieved a phone call today from BCI. they told me that I owe money for a PayDay loan, and if they didn't recieve a payment from me in 24hours, I was going to be thrown in jail for check fraud, and internet fraud. I have never heard of this happening. Is this real, or are they just trying to take money out of my pocket?

I am considering filing a class action lawsuit a***nst BCI for repeatedly harrassing me and others as well as laun****g a pe***ioned investigation with the FCC for failure to comply with telemarketing laws, the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and my State (Florida) Attorney's office. THE POST ABOVE IS A FAKE, FROM THE SCAMMER HIM/HER/ITSELF.  The company is about as legit as a $103 bill (and if you call me back within 462 seconds of reading this post, I'll send you a photocopy of a jpeg of an artist's rendering of the original forgery of a photocopy of an actual $103 bill).  Drop dead, s***bag.

this company is not legit! you must work for them! lol they are liars! they are calling me stating i took a check advance online and it was deposited into my checking account,,and that is false!! i havent took a check advance out in over 4 years! they said it happened in 2010 and they are lying! i did however apply for one around christmas in 2009, but i got denied because im in a chapter 13 bancruptcy! i told them they are falsly accusing me and i can therefore sue them! whatever! they s****ed calling me in 2009 stating that i took one out in 2009, i told them back then they were full of it..and now all of a sudden they are calling me a***n, stating that i took one out in 2010!! LIARS, SCAMMERS,,, ILLEGAL!

This company calls about a loan that I never recieved!!! They say I did. They threaten to arrest me if I don't pay the money now. I have proof that I never recieved the loan. They said if I didn't get the loan, it was not their fault if I gave the wrong account info! They had the right info to take a processing fee from my account!!! This man was very unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone saying I was a scam. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I used to work for a collection agency and these are not the tactics we were trained to use!

They have been calling my cell phone number everyday asking for me to get in touch with my mother.  They have even gone as far as one call to tell me they were federal officers and they would arrest me and my mother if I did not corporate.  I reported them, probably won't due any good but it is illegal to represent your self as an officer if you are not.

Hi, Gloria don't you worry about this SCAMS they can't do anything to you but to harass you I harass them so much that they won't talk to me anymore lol!!!

Watch the news on fox May 2nd in Los Angeles and other fox stations after May 2nd  there is a report on this with a recorded conversation from these people and this number if they are legit how come they sent all this info to A WELL WISHER God knows what your real name is and they won't send it to me that is weird I think you are one of them, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM Yeah WELL WISHER!!! A total and fraudulent SCAM you can keep paying what you can but I am not paying to SCAMS and I will put this all over the news and I will educate people about you SCAMS YEAH!!!

this company called me saying that i owe palm desert bank money from a loan company i did apply for online but got denied and no money was ever placed on my pre paid credit card i have no bank account and no money was ever placed now this company called me saying that they are taking me to court for so****ing i never received and they keep harassing me

Seriously...stating you are from the "Federal Bureau of Criminal Investigations", or, "F...B...CI" borders upon federal jurisdiction/misrepresentation crimes. Simply state your purpose..."You took out a loan, and we are looking to collect a debt."And purchase a book on correct English grammar.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM BCI AND I DID MY RESEARCH ON THEM THE COMPANY IS LEGIT AND THE ALSO SENT ME DO***ENTATION OF THE LOAN THAT I TOOK OUT. WE ONLY SAY THEM THINGS WHEN WE DON'T WANT TO PAY BACK WHAT WE OWE. WE HAVE TO JUST S**** PAYING OUR BILLS AND WE WON'T RECIEVE NO CALLS FROM PEOPLE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY ON ACCOUNTS WE KNOW WE OWE FOR. THATS WHY FOR NOW ON I WILL PAY ANY DEBTS BACK THAT I OBTAIN AND WANT NO COLLECTOR BE CALLING ME BACK.
