Well they **** up my cell phone for money that I have been paying them, yet they want to try to be an irritant about their money. Ok, once I pay the *******s off I pray they continue. I've written NCO financial before and sent it certified receipt each time. Then contact a consumer lawyer in your state to file a harassment lawsuit a***nst the *******s. Then they will see what it is like to be harassed. I've sent several out. Don't mind doing it a***n.   Make sure to track and log each time they call from a different number. It seems that Capital One wouldn't mind having another class action lawsuit filled a***nst them a***n anyways.

Receive calls from this number and several other numbers at list 3 or 4 times a day!  Stop calling!!!!!!!

this number keeps calling 8-10 times a day and will not leave a message, do not know who they are or why they are calling.

I called them back after they kept calling me then putting me on hold and ****ing up. This is from Capital One wanting their money!

This phone number as well as 757-209-2055 keep calling me. They're on my caller id at least 15-20 times. It's NCO on behalf of Capitol One calling with "promotions". I told them to take me off their "promotion" list and the woman tells me it will take 3 days to take me off and if I get another call in the meantime tell them I've been put on the non promotional list. If it doesn't work, they can resubmit my request to be put on the "list". So I get a call this morning, 707-307-4222, I ignore it, they call right back, so I answered this time. (Once a***n NCO on behalf of Capitol 1) and ask for someone who I don't even know! What the heck do you have to do to get these vultures to stop calling you?????? This is absolutely ridiculous and is true harassment!!!!!! The worst part is, I've had other banks calling and hounding me asking for this same woman and I have absolutely no clue who she is. I've contacted better business bureau before, and they will be hearing from me a***n very soon!!!!!!

Got a call from this number.  It was a recording that said "All of our employees are currently busy. Please hold for an important message."  Really?  You called me.  It did sound su****iously like someone was listening on the line.

I'm sick and tired of all these s****ing numbers that are unknown calling all day long! My phone rings off the wall! Telemarketers-debt collector's looking for someone,etc. STOP THESE S****ING NUMBER'S CALLING!

just had a new phone line installed with cablevision "triple play" and phone was not in more than a couple hours when this number keeps calling me at least five times a day.   no idea where they got my number and want nothing to do with them.   caller ID says Napa, CA and sometimes Capitol One.   What the f*** do these people get from calling unknowns?  If I answer there is no one there so I **** up.  It I actually got a real person I would just put them on hold until they realized not to waste their energy.
