He has been calling me. He has called me about 10 times in the past hour at work. Wanting me to send him money. I have already called the FBI, and it is a scam.

This is a total scam! these foreigners(****stanian, middle easterners) get detailed, personal info from fake websites that look like legit payday loan applications and constantly call the numbers provided on these applications! if u actually talk to them they tell u to pay them with ur debit card only and transfer u to someone that only wants ur debit card#. I gave them a fake # and got a confirmation # but when I asked her to repeat she said her screen went blank! after a month, another group of them are calling.

They where calling me today saying that they have a file with my name (they actualy knew my name) with a lawsuit a***nst me. The guy had a middle eastern accent so I barely could undestand. I asked for an address he couldn't answer and just ****ed up.
