my sister got a check from him and went to the bank and it was a counterfeit check. she found him on craigslist advertising for a mystery shopping company.

The owner of this number is number is a scammer who uses this line to commit fraud and iden***y theft. The way the scam works is that someone pretending to be a legitmate company sends out phishing emails to people with promises of lucrative mystery shopping jobs. Once these people are reeled in, they are then sent large advance cashier’s checks and told to send a MoneyGram or Western Union to a person in the USA, Europe or Ca***a, keeping part of the funds themselves. However, the check is not legitimate and bounces, leaving the would-be shopper without any money to cover the MoneyGram. If contacted by this person, please contact your local authorities, the FBI and FTC.
