get a call from this man, J. Cooper 2 times a day. Left msg saying to call him back or it would get worse. he says he's from American Law Div.?

I am tired of the harrassment I have been receiving from these people that I don't know. They are also harrassing other and if it doesn't stop right now...a police report will be given at the police department. My uncle is a policeman and he is advising me on this matter.

Mr. Cooper called and told me to call him back saying it was important to do so. Do  not recognize this person or no.

We should take action a***nst this company. They are foreign company stealing our iden***y..

I have received several phone calls at my work, over and over from some guy named Chris Mathews. When calling the number back it rings and goes straight to voicemail. I have left several messages (which he states he never recieved) to find out what this is all about, when I finally talked to him I told him I thought he was a scam and I had googled the number he gave me. The gentleman got upset and s****ed calling me names and saying I was a fraud. I gave him some choice words after he told me to shut my mouth and when I siad that I was going to report this and file a police report, I have not heard from him since. Hopefully he stops calling my wor****I still do not know why he called but he does have my name and SS#, which really makes me worry. He also had my husbands name and my sisters name saying they where references that I had used.

I just got the same call on my cell phone, saying my husband had defaulted on a payday loan and that they intend to put him in jail. Uh huh, like I was falling for it. What I told this ******* is this.... I am recording our conversation and I fully intend to give a copy of the tape to the state's attorney general's office and the local police department. I also plan to sue his company for theft by deception, harassment and $1,000 for taking me away from my work. Then to put him out of his misery, I then blasted him with a hand held Air horn (you can get one at a marine store or sporting store, they work great on deterring pesky telemarketers)  Now when his ears stop ringing, he'll think twice about calling me back. Enough is enough of these idiots. This is the 2nd call I've gotten on a loan that doesn't exist. I figure, if they can't get the message then suffer the abuse.

I got the same call to my work today.  The call was transfered to my voice mail and I called the number back but no one answered.  The name was also Gabriel "Kanai" or Cannoy like you said.  This is ****, to be harrassed at work like this.

I received a call from 707-474-3337 today and the person said his name was Gabriel Cannoy. Why is nothing being done about these Arabs????????!!!!!!!!

Don't give them anything.  It's a scam.  They claim to be a legal company, but they aren't.

i recieved a message from the above number regarding a long time friend of mine. I was told that fraud charges were filed a***nst my friend and that i was the person put down as a reference so i would be involved in the suit and charges also. My friend did not commit fraud, and i dont appreciate recieving threatening calls concerning myself or people i know.

I received the same phone call telling me there were many felony charges a***nst me and to pay this now or i will go to jail. I do not owe this money to anyone, This is a fraud!

My husband and I both have recieved numerous calls from these people. They are telling us that criminal charges are being brought a***nst us and our son and they want personal info from us.

Stephen White with American Law Division is calling my work and reporting that my daughter has taken out an Internet loan and used my name.   She has never taken out an Internet loan.
