Just got called from this number.  Also from 760-820-4356.  Had all my personal info, said I was going to get sued for unpaid payday loan.   I do not owe a payday loan... callers are from India & reading off a script.  Will **** up on you if you ask them questions.  Obvious scam to get $$ out of people.

ive been getting these calls from and indian guy saying i got a payday loan. he had all my info including a bank account #, but the account wasnt open when he said i got a loan. he then got mad and called me an ******. my employer advised me to report him to the fcc.

SO i have received MANY MANY MANY calls from these people 2 months ago, than 2days ago they s****ed A***N!! and i told them STOP CALLING ME YOUR NOT ALOUD TO CALL ME IM A MINOR (17), i acted like my mom saying if they dont stop calling the police will being getting called cause this is harassment nd solicitors can not be contacting a minor! so yea just need to stop! from the times of 345-415 i got 17 flippin calls, most of them ignored but i went crazy on this dude! its fricken ridiculous!

can anyone get an address or the name of the company they will not even tell me this information they just continue to read from a script?

i received the same harrasing call they had ss# right and address,but wrong bank and driver liscense# and they are very persistant and rude

i am about to get fired cause of these harrassing phone calls they evern threatened one of my managers at work that they would come after kroger. FOR WHAT! i told him i know its a scam and i dont owe any outstanding payday loans, they refuse to give me their ein number or any do***ents by mail to verify this so called debt. they called back after i ***g up on them and said it was officer david black, now the guy who called the first time said his name was ronnie black, hmmm a foreigner who can barely speak english with an american name..anyway my manager told him its not her responsibility to relay any messages to me or MAKE me call them back and ***g up on him. why cant we stop these phonies, they have been calling me for over a year, either saying my husband or i or my son have these legal matters that will result in our arrest if we do not take care of it immediately. im not worried about it in general its just really annoying and when they bring my work place into it that ****es me off

this has been happening to me too.. but they have my ssn and all my info.. they also leave this as a number to call back 718-887-9259. i just want them to stop calling me.. they bug my work 3 or 4 times a day.  when they call my cell phone it comes up 0000.. they use caller ID s****ing program so they can put any number they want to show up. and its always a man with a middle eastern accent.

This people have been calling for months they call me on my cellphone and they have been calling me at work.. This needs to stop

Is a scamer.I got a call from this same person a couple of weeks ago frorm a diferent number.Claim to be from a law firm in N.Y. & I owe monney to some place I never herd of. Now from this number clain to be a law firm in Ca. Always same old little Indian man. From what I have learned they are in Mexico useing a USA number to make it look real. You know who you owe money to & who you do not owe. I called them back about 100 times laughing at them & harassed them back like they were doing me. They even called my naborah & my sister saing I owed them money.They can not legaly do that!
