had a call from these people earlier today.  , all they said is that I will be arrested at 11 AM tomorrow if I don't pay. So I s****ed asking THEM questions, such as name of company, location, name of law firm and lawyers' name, etc. It was obvious this was a scam, because they could not come up with legitimate names.  The person on the other end transferred me to another person who repeated the same bs. They kept stating they were from Federal Department of Investigation. If you want to get rid of them, just turn the tables and ask them questions.  Finally, I said send me the papers, and they said they did not have to. I then said this was BS, dont call a***n, and if they did, they would get arrested for harassment.

This number calls and they say you owe a pay day loan you applied for online and you are be sued for fraud. They pretend to be attorneys and police officers in the USA with normal "American" names like Smith and John but with very thick Hindi accents. They become very hostile when you call them out and say they are scammers, making threats a***nst you and your family. They seem to have all of oyu information as far as address, email and phone numbers. They apparently stole it! I reported them to my local police department of which they had alreadt received several calls about this so called company. We'll see what happens.

Yes but these people say I owe on a payday loan and I only have one which is paid in full every time I borrow, so all I know is that they are scammers and they make threats. If they are a debt collector it's illegal for them to s**** calling before 8 am and they cannot say that they are police officers or impersonate the DA or attys.Report them to the FBI, my PD here in LV, Nv will do nothing. I know I tried,

Call me at work threatening that I am going to be put in jail.....I asked them to send it in writing and he said he didn't have to and that the police were on there way to arrest me.

this number keeps calling me at work and harassing me. we are unable to get personal phone calls @ work and they still call.

Scammer phone call leaving this number as a callback... somewhat threatening... caller ID comes through as 000-0000.  Called phone company and initiated anonymous call block and block on all 000s...  message says caller was Daniel Watson, spoken in broken English that sounded Asian.

they called and left me a message and it sounded threatening saying i better call them back or so****ing will happen

This guy keeps calling saying he from a debt collector. And he trying to collect on a cash advance i took out. Which i never took out. When i ask him for his company name and contact info this number he gives me 707 598 4256 0r 707 599 4256

They called twice n left no messageIf we call them back no one answers

Called and ***g up with no message.
