They have called me about twenty times in the last few days telling me I owe a payday advance from 2007 or 2008 and I have to pay it RIGHT NOW! or they are downloading my case to the courts for about seven different charges. 1. I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy two years ago which incudes everything from my credit reports in the repayment plan and there is no sign of a deliquent payday loan. 2. They wouldn't tell me their clients name or anyway for me to get in contact with them directly. 3. They wouldn't give me a fax number to send my bankruptcy info to. 4. My bankruptcy attorney told me this is a huge scam and to file a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office at 877-765-8388. I am filing a complaint.

Initially I thought it was a scam but today I recieved summons from the court, I need help now.I should have agreed upon the Out of court Settlement amount. My wife donot know about my debts

they called up my dad and tried to get my information stating that i owed them money. Stated that they were a officer and that check froud was done. However they coudlnt get any other person who actually spoke english.

they had the last 4 of my SS which is scary cuz its a total scam.. :(

its a big scam and they wont give you the client they work for.. and they can't put a person with out a accient on the phone.

I could not make out most of the message, but the man said if I did not call back I would be in "big trouble". Who says that?????
