yeah i traced the call back to dixon cali. I'm in the process of a law suit. I'm pressing charges and gonna get a good amount out of them

Called me several times, different people, heavy accents.  threatening me that I have a case there, they give me the case number and tell me to call them immediately and if I don't call about this serious legal matter I will suffer from many consequences.  they have called before many times.  I never call them back.

dont forget federal agent and crime scene invest.

HE CALLED MY BOSS; BIG NO NO......CALLED PEOPLE I KNEW, HOW HE KNOWS, DON'T KNOW.....AND NOW SAYS THE COPS WILL COME THIS WEEKENED FOR ME, EITHER AT THE HOSPITAL I WORK OR AT HOME.....BESIDES THE POLICE OR FBI, ETC, I WONDER IF PRESIDENT OBAMA KNOWS?

1-707-676-2389 is a scam!!! So far this guy AKA 'Office of William Warder' has called claiming to be:1. a collection agent  2. a lawyer  3. a police office4. a state attorney rep5. the attorney generalall this from a guy who can barely speak English.  Ask to speak to his supervisor and he curses. At one time put me on hold then answered as his supervisor.  Very rude and disrespectful. What to do when he calls?  Report him to your local Police Department! Or just block his calls *78

yeah this guy got me today said federal marshal and so on blocked number so I traced it he lives in cali. he has all my info charged my girls credit card now I'm gonna get him william wateres or so****ing I got one thing to add YOUR IN AMERICA SPEAK ENGLISH dumb a** yeah I was fine till he got my girl involved mess with my heart and I'm gonna take his little world out now US secrete service and US Marshals are taking care of it oh and my lawyer

Are these people for real? Does anyone know where they are located???

I received a call from the U.S. crime prevention Dept. today. A very interesting phone call I should say. They clearly have all my personal info. But they wont give me any of their info. All I have of them is a phone # 707-676-2389. They seem to be all about scare tactics. Don't let them fool you...... Don't confirm that the info they have on you is correct. If you did receive a call from these people you need to quickly file An Iden***y theft report with the FCC.gov and FTC.gov #1-877-438-4338. Also be sure to call the credit beaurus Experian-1-888-397-3742 equifax-1-800-525-6285 to file an Iden***y theft report.

I just contacted my local FBI and they adviced to file complaints on FCC.gov and FTC.gov and to call 8774384338 and file a complaint with them also. Hope this helps ive done all 3.

We recieved the same call today from william walter stating that he is with the crive prevention dept of the us gov and that he is a police officer...he stated that my husband had money londering charges for a payday loan that weve never gotten but he had the last for of my husbands social security number and our old bank acct number....im calling the us marshell now!!!

I have received calls from this number as well.  They are a bill collector.  He has even called and said he s a police officer and from the federal government.  I'm reporting them to the police department, better business, and the government.  Maybe nothing will come of it, but if enough of us report them so****ing will happen.  Even if you do owe someone they do not have the right to harrass

this person has called me for the last two days. He said his name is william. He states that he is with the federal marshall Government Crime Prevention and Criminal Investigation unit. He says he has a case a***nst me at his office and he was just attempting to help me out in the legal matter. He said that if i dont call him back real fast that ther ewould be serious legal issues and i would go to jail. The guy had a real bad accent i can hardly understand the message. He studers through what he is attempting to say. I believe he is lieing he has nothing to do a the ferderal marshall. I beleive thsi is a scan to get money out of me. Watch Out for this number

i got the same call he sayed he was federal marshal and then after 15 call to me  he told me he whould **** me and family and destroy all my world belonging  so i call us marshall and now i guess they will pay hima visit i hope   it a scam do not fall for nothing apu is saying

I just got a call from these people for my sibling who did not use my contact info. Who are these people? They said it was a very serious legal matter.

I just received a call from these people saying they have a complaint a***nst me but they looked me up on some register and found me to be a trustworthy person and they want to help me out.  The guy's accent was so thick I could barely understand him.  This is a scam. May be related to online pay day loans.

I received a couple calls from them; one was very early in the morning.  They said they were from the Federal Government Crime Prevention and Criminal Investigation unit.  I knew immediately he wasn't looking for me.  He then asked me for my personal information.  I politely told him he could kiss my *ss and that I would be resear****g him before he gets any of my information.

I just received a message from these guys. They said they are with the federal government. What ****!!! The government does not call you to say they have had a complaint. Beware!!!

I just recived a call from this number too.  They are threating me and harrassing me.  They are telling me that I am going to lose my job (which i dont have one right now) and that I am going to lose my home (which i owned for 2 years now).  What a bunch of scammers!  I could not understand the the person!  They are so annoying!!

I have been getting a phone call from this number and he has been harrassingmme and threating me. He calls me at work and at home leaving threating messages called me at work and disguised is voice so that I wouldnt kbow that it was him.  and he told me that he was going to have me fired from my job. and have me arrested.  The guys name is Gary Raymond
