I had the same issue valleymom. they wished me luck on my vm, and when i called back, they said i defaulted on a payday loan and that they were pressing charges on me unless i gave him my cc # and fax a letter to give them permission to deduct $748.00 from my account. (which i did not) They said they were from the TJF Corporation and that I would be summoned on Monday since I didn't give my cc # and that they would call my employer. I researched them, seems like a scam.

They ***g up on me.
