Received a call that they were from the Sheriff's Department in Vallejo. Name given was Sgt. Smith, badge number 09A67. They said I had a warrant out for my arrest for not showing up to court to be an eye witness to a ****. Threaten to arrest me. I had never heard of such! I asked questions and said I would come to their location. I was warned that I would be arrested and was told to not drive. It was a horrible call and upset me. I have never ever received a call like this. I am in my 60's and have always been law abiding. It was upsetting and I see now that this is just what these people do!
