Recieved the same call Exactly to a T same name and everything

Today I recieved a call from "Frank Jefferson Law Firm", and just like all the rest they have stated they have a very heavy accent.  I told them I had never taken an Payday Loan from "Cashnet, USA", they of course had my name, address and phone number but when asked for the SSN they had I was told they couldn't give out personal information...  Really...  It's mine and you can't give it to me??  He kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk so I just told him to "Shut Up"..  I wasn't coming to "Court" as he stated I had to, he then proceeded to tell me he was going to send the cops to pick me up...  Hmmm.. I told him OK..  You obviously have my address so I shouldn't be hard to find..  After that he ***g up...  Guess he didn't feel like talking anymore..  The number that I got the call from was out of Georgia (770) 504-5785.  Best of luck to them cause they ain't **** from me..

I have actually been a victim and I am still receiving harrassing calls everyday from my cell phone, home and at work. I have paid over $2000.00 to these scheming rats that go by the name of Attorney Frank Jefferson, Mike Johnson, Mr. Peterson. If you do apply for a payday loan it may go to 100 of pay day lenders and they all have your personal infomation which I did not know until afterI applied. The legitimate ones that I did borrow from I have the names department and 1-800 numbers. These vermin prey on the fact that all these companies call or e-mail you so that confuse you at your most vunerable moment and brow beat you insufferably about losing your job, your credit and anything****ociated with your personal information. They are still harrassing me even after I have paid and put myself almost in terrible debt because I could not pay my bills for paying these scoundrels. They are all from India and I believe that all work out of the same office. Once one calls then immediatley after another one calls. How can these rats be stopped. They are making my life miserable because I refused to pay or surrender to their threats. Everyone should be aware of the schemers.  The latest number for Frank Jefferson is 713-900-6607.I am so glad for this website because it puts my mind at ease..

There new number they call from now is 1-713-900-6607 there fax number  is 12063378737 how did they get all my confidential info They called my work they had my ss# my address my work number and my bank acct # sayin i defaulted on a payday loan thru usa consolidaters tryed havin me fax a statement statin i would pay 315 the next day by a pre paid debit card or i would be charged with fraud but would not give me the number to the loan company had to c****e my banik account number and all i then left him a message statin i called the fraud dep and gave his number and fax number he left me one back statin that i would pay more in court and and he tryed helpin me out of the situation and no one in the world else would be able to get me out of the fraud charges now and he hopes it all makes me cry

They called my daugther at work as well. I had them call me back. Same person Frank Jefferson!!I identified myself as an "Officer" in our hometime in NH. Which I am (CEO of my company). They ***g up!Rich Marsh.

This same "Frank Jefferson" and he said this was calling regarding a very important legal matter.He kept telling me my SSN which was very disturbing but when I asked over and over what he was calling about and he yelled at me telling me to shove my at***ude up my****.  He told me I should hire an attorney or else good luck in court.  He continued to yell at me and tell me I would be prosecuted.I told him I had done nothing wrong and he responded very rudely "OH YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING"He told me I was being watched 24/7 for internet fraud.  I called my local police dept. in tears.  I have no idea what this is in regards to but this man is definately not Frank Jefferson and not calling from the US.A***n I am bothered that he has my SSN & that he may have hacked my computer.  Do any of you have any advice or similar situations?

I recently received a phone call from this exact number.  The caller was Ronnie Cooper who had a heavy Middle-Eastern accent.  He spoke very fast, not allowing me to get a word in.  He then transferred me to his supervisor, Frank Jefferson, and this began my nightmare.  This man made me feel ******, he belittled me, and then turned the whole conversation around by making me seem uncooperative.  He would not give any information about when the alleged loan was taken or respond to the fact that I questioned him about correspondence never being received from his company, but he did mention Cash Advance USA.  Also, he stated that he did not have to give me any information because I should already have this.  He stated that investigators would be coming out to my job to let my supervisors know what was transpiring.  He also stated that if I did not clear this up on 10/08/10 in 40 minutes, then I would be going to court paying over $6-7,000 for a $300 loan that I did not get.  He gave me 3 steps to take:  first, I had to write a letter to his higher authority (in the letter I had to say that I wanted him to debit my account and to please accept my payment... the letter had to include my card number and 3 digit security number), second, I had to let him know verbally that I would be clearing this up today, and finally, I had to fax a copy of my driver's license and his fax number is 808-442-0009 Attn: Frank Jefferson.  Once he received it, he would send me an OCR number.  I was going to do this because he got me so upset about contacting my supervisors at work.  I just didn't know what to do.  Do you know if a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau for this company?

I just received a call from Morgan Law****ociates saying that they needed my lawyers number and if i did not provide them with it, i would be in contempt of court and held responsible for all charges a***nst me.  I received the call initially from Ronnie Cooper and was then transferred to Jefferson and in the same sentence the name c****ed to David.  I Questioned the sudden name c****e and he said i had no right to request his name.  I asked for a bar number and he stuttered for a min and made up a number.  These people are scams artists.  please be ware this is FAKE!

they called me with some bogus names and continued to try to fuss me out and when  i called back i still had to argue with them. and thy told me to not call them back and kept ****ing up on me.

Have been rcvng messages from this nbr for months now.  They never give a company name but always say that either myself or my attorney MUST call them right away as the matter is extremelytime sensitive.  You can hardly understand what they are saying because their english is HORRIBLE.They sound Middle Eastern to me but always have American names.  YEAH RIGHT !!!     I made themistake of  calling the nbr back on time and got in a shouting match with the **** on the other end.They leave me messages (at least 2 - 3) a day.   They say that I defaulted on a loan but cannot tell me thru what company or any information.  I know for a fact that I have never defaulted on any loan.   These people MUST BE STOPPED.  I tried call block with my local phone company but this number is a cell number and cannot be blocked.    These idiots that are calling are just as ****** as they are smart.  Do they think we really believe that an Indian from Pakastan is going to have the nameJack Brown???????????

i am on a mission...these people call from morgan****ociates, acs, federal crime division..etc... all fake namesthey falsely claim they are attorneys and agents..;.;.a***nst the law!they have ***dreds of numbers...all fake... *****ed by caller id...... dont be afraid...make sure you clearly indicate to these people that you know it is a scam and they have been reported to thefbi.. and other federal agencies.... i want these people caught and their illegal operation closed.... i dont know how these people are getting away with it

Continually rec'ving calls from a "Frank Jefferson" from an attorney's office claiming that you have to appear in your local court, criminal charges are being filed a***nst you for check fraud, forgery, etc. Called the court system and contacted local law enforcement. Completely fake. If this happens to you, contact your local police dept because this is a joke.
