They got your information and they are hoping you are dumb enough to believe that you don't remember getting the payday loan and defaulting on it. They will harrass you and try to get you to pay for so****ing that you never got. Tell them, "I know you are trying to scam me. Do not call a***n." and **** up. Not much you can do except report them to the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov.
