Leave a CommentI have had this call from this number mulitple times. Since I do my research on unknown numbers, I ran accross this website... Along with a TON others! They have been calling my best friend, my job and who knows where next. Luckily, I answer the phone and work and told them NO ONE is here by that name! So, STOP calling!!! What a bunch of Indian a**holes! This is ridiculous. I even went as far as calling the Missouri Attorney General's Office. She instructed me to NOT pay anything and that it is a scam. Oh, and to add to the ignorance... When I actually called them back "Officer Bishop" wouldn't give me the name of the company. What a load of forgeign ****.
Just got the same call and the OFFICER scared the pants off of me. Than asked for my banking information and i told him to mail me so****ing with all the details and i would take care of it, told me i would lose my job and would not be able to work for 6 months if I didn't clear this up today. He wasn't an Officer he was a call center, not even in the US!
Got a call at my work number from an officer Daniel Wright. Said I would be arrested in a few hours if I didn't pay for a payday loan, which was back in 2007 for $1100.00. Never have taken a loan out for that amount. He said he wanted my attorney's information, which I told him I would not. Advised him it was illegal to be calling himself an officer of the law. Said he was from Memphis, TN. Told him maybe I should report him for calling himself an officer to the attorney general for that state and he might think about getting arrested himself. What a ripoff!!!!!
Call from Officer Andrew Wilkerson, said he was from the US Crime Suspect dept. The call was for an employee who was already gone for the day, so I attempted to take a message. I couldn't hardly understand him, and googled the number immediately. Found this link and posted my information. Gave me a case number and said that this employee was going to have criminal charges filed a***nst him if he doesn't respond ASAP. ALL ****!
Someone call me today on my job on my cell phone said his name was First OfficerTravis Gooden said he was an officer said he had my social security number said i had a payday loan submitted to calling from the client and suspect department. Said i had money deposited into my bank account and i had use the money, i called my bank and my bank said there was no money deposited in my account from any payday loan company cash america he said when he called me on my job. I'm afraid what do i do, i want so much to report this number to my police department here in Tyler, he said that he was going to call 911 and police officers s would be @ my job to pick me up. Said to return his call regarding a very serious and time sensitive matter.
Someone just called and left a VM at my work saying (I could hardly understand him) that he was Officer such and such and it sounded like he said someone was after me and me and my sisters social security numbers were in danger?? Said it was urgent i call this officer back, that I may be in danger? I would think a true officer of the law calling a citizen would be able to speak english clearly? Isn't this illegal??
called my husband's and my cell phone, my work and my home numbers with nasty messages. I could barely understand what she said. How did they get all of these numbers? They were all called within minutes of each other.
Have no idea what they say because they don't speak english well. They give you no information but want you to answer questions. Don't think so.
I received a call from Scott Lance at my work and he told me I was going to be sued. I told him I would have my lawyer get back to him and that he need to send me the legal do***ent. This is the second one today.
Someone called me from this number and said they were an officer and if I didn't want to be threatened with legal action, I better call him back immediately or I would be sorry.
