Apparently i owe the ITS money and it i payed an amount to them today it would all be cleared SCAM

Fake IRS call claiming a law suit is pending and I should call back.

Claims to be the IRS, calls to inform me that I am supposedly being sued by the IRS and that I need to return your call

Calls every day,every hour, sometimes calls over and over 3 calls in 2 min, let answering ma****e get it and it leaves half a robot message saying to call back. So glad I saw that it was a scam it was s****ing to worry me.

They told me they got a warrent for my arrest, without any proof of do***entation, which is what I asked for... they just wanted to make me pay 5k, or half, or a portion... i kept asking questions and they soon just threatened me and said they will see me at the "court house"...

They asked for my name and address then said the lawsuit was for someone else and they had the phone number wrong. Not sure what they can do with my name, address, and phone number?? They never asked for card or ss#
