Andre from Vandal Communications.  Never said why he was calling but that I had won of 4 top ***-toy prizes from a contest I had entered to win a new *****. Utter pervert. He had been trying to get in touch with me and this was his final attempt.  They are aware of the do not call list and would not be calling unless I had entered.  The number I was to call back was 866-312-9553, Ext. 243.  However, the call was from 708-248-7092, which I found out was a landlind in Wheeling, IL, HQ of these perverted scam artists. I did not call.  This is a ***-toy scam of some sort.  What a nuisance.  Do not be misled by these perverts.

Got the same call from Andre at Vandell Communications.  Oh boy, won one of the top 4 prizes in a drawing I didn't enter.  Nuisance!!

Got a call from 708-248-7092 saying I had won a car. Said they knew I was on the do not call list and would not be calling me if this was legit. RIGHT! Never enter contests. Said he was from Van***l communications and gave the name Andre. The call back number given was 866-312-9553 x243. Didn't call back. It has to be a scam.

Got a call from this number, it is a telemarketing scam where they claim you won some car by entering a drawing months ago, just call them back and ask for Christopher at x109, yeah right DO NOT CALL these people, instead report them to the feds!

"Sorry I got the wrong number" Over and over they call my house and say this. At least once a day! Driving me insane.
