Keep calling and when I answer they **** up

Numerous calls to my cell number that I've had for years, is already on a Do Not Call list, saying *Contest is officially over, we're lookin' at your entry, we have good news for you, what we need you to do is give us a buzz back here in the office toll free at 1-866-313-0311, a***n that's 1-866-313-0311, and congratulations."

I have 100s of contacts in my cell phone. I don't pick up calls that I don't recognize. If they are legit they can leave a msg. I also have a ringtone that is nothing but 10 seconds of silence, that I****ign to any number that calls me and is a junk call. That way when I get another call from the number I don't even hear a ring.This fellow (Jim) from the Price Distribution Center left a message about the contest I entered to win a Lincoln Navigator. He says they are looking over my entry and "they have good news" for me. Of course, I never entered any such contest. I was instruced to call back 1-866-313-0311... "and congratulations" he closes with.Ya, I'll get right on that.

i got a call from this number. message about navigator. i called back,got recording. does anyone know what this could be about?
