They never identify who they are or what they want. Its a scam.  I called it back from a pay phone. And a woman answer it like she's @ home.

This number has called a few times lately, about once a month. On the caller-ID it just says, "Illinois Call", and would not say who they were or what it was about. Mentioned a "muni****l violation", but is not from a city or other muni****lity. Probably some debt collector trying to be slick, don't fall for this. I've seen other su****ious numbers similiar to this one as debt collectors too.
