Called me by name and said it was urgent that I call her by 5 pm of that day she called at 3:03 pm. didn't state what it was in reguards to just that it was Mrs Williams and I should call her.

They have called my number for over two months.  I told them this is a new number and do not know who they are trying to reach.  They continue to call.

scripted call gives me a reference number, says it it urgent to call back, came across opinions that it was a bill collector

Received call from this number, no voice on other end.  No response from other side.  Called number back to find who this is, no answer on other side.

THEY ARE A COLLECTIONS AGENCY........
