Let me know how to take legal action a***nst these idiots..

I have to agree with you.  I am so annoyed right now.  I am on a do not call list - how are they getting thru.

I am on the Do Not Call Registry for my cell phone.  How are they getting thru.  Constantly calling my cell phone.  I want this to stop and stop now.  They call every day and use another number as well.  I understand this is a debt collection agency - I have very good credit there is no reason for these calls.  What can we do to make these people stop bother me.

Just got a call from this number. Tried to call it back...got a message that the number isn't in service. They just called me a few minutes ago....YES, THIS IS A SCAM PHONE NUMBER!!!!

The federal statute is 7 yrs. Then it is to be removed permenately.

Scavengers,a**holes,scared little *****s, who were not hired by NASA,who are the reason laws were written for to protect us from the s*** these low life so called collectors  call themselves.Do not call them back or acknowledge them.Just flush them and hopefully nature takes them away .Flush flsh ,you pieces of s**t....u

I have received numerous calls from the idiots at some company call portfolio recovery or so****ing like that. First call was about 6 months ago. I talked to some ****** woman about some debt with Discover card. I tried to tell her I do not have, nor have I ever had a Discover card. She plainly called me a liar and a deadbeat before I leveled a few choice words back to her and she stated her company would call everyday until I paid up. I told her I did not have anything to pay up and if they continued to call I would take legal action. The calls stopped until today and I got another call left on my missed calls on my cell phone.If they call a***n, after a few more choice words I will take legal action a***nst these idiots since I have no idea what they are talking about. There should be some type of legal action taken a***nst a company like this!

Just answer any of these ****** call and simply sayDective [any name you want to use] You  have reached a crime scene and this phone is wire tapped. You will be contacted at home or at work in the next 24 hours, then just **** up..........THE CALLS STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Collection agency- very aggressive- calls from many other phone numbers even after being asked to stop.

My credit rating is over 800.  Why would someone be calling me?

Old Portfolio Scavengers are at it a***n!!!  Tell them the person you are looking for is in South America, or Europe or Africia !!!  It may not stop the calls, but it will aggrevate the *&^%  out of them.

ANOTHER debt collector looking for someone who NO LONGER has this number.  No one answers, just dead air - similar to what's in their head.

I received a call from this company for a debt that has been discharged through bankruptcy almost 10 YEARS AGO -*****o!

I got a call from this number for the first time this morning.  No message was left.  If they can't take the time to leave a message like a legitimate and professional company would I have no time to speak with them.

Company called my number several times. Have no clue why they are calling but I purchased this phone at Walmart and Net 10 says they can do nothing about it so I keep getting charged for the calls. Imagine Net 10 not wanting to fix a vested interest problem. :-)

I'm continually getting calls from this number.  If this is collection agency, I have no idea why they are calling here.  I have no overdue debts of any kind.

Portfolio Recovery****ociates of Norfolk, VA uses this number...they are on the web, btw....and they are what are called "scavanger collections", that is, they purchase old or written off debt from companies for a hugely discounted rate, and try to collect. If u r concerned about the "account" they mention, s**** by finding out the Statute of Limitations on debt collection for ur state. They keep trying to get me to pay on a debt that is 9 years old!

I got a call from some lady that said I owed money to Debt One.  I have no account with Debt One.  Further the number she called was my cell phone.  I am so sick of these type of calls I could scream! UGH

UNKNOW CALLED BACK AND NEVER A ANSWER

Many calls from this number only to **** up.  Tired of this ****.  Google search indicates it's a collection agency, but no one in the home has any outstanding items of any kind.
