This is a Real chase loan company. They were calling cuz a payment got messed up through my bank and kicked back the payment. No spam

Just answer the phone, set it on the table, and walk away. They will stop

I don't mind if they call those late in their payments unfortunately i don't have anything to do with Chase and no car loans. .I have been reportedly REMOVED from the list 4 times.

Chase auto finance calls for someone else. This is the 12 time. I have told them wrong number, remove my phone number , dont call this number a***n and they still call.

This "chase" calling is a Fraud. They are calling from the number 713-216-0248 and asking for a call back to 866-204-0047. When you call the number back they want your account number and SSN. Please contact JP Morgan Chase if you are receiving these calls. I did an extensive search on this and have talked to them. I have no reason for them to be calling me yet they did. My payments are always made 2 to 3 weeks before the payment is due and always pay more than my minimum payment. This is FRAUD!!!

I agree with all the calls, I am in the process of refinancing my vehicle.  I was 14 days late and a payment was scheduled to come out of my account in two days on my payday.  They called my work, my boss, all my references including all relatives.  I would understand if I was 30 days late but they do s**** calling if you are one day late and will hound until they get the payment. Sometimes, you cant help being late.  I have financed with other companies and have never experienced the humiliation they put you through.  I have ****ed it up for over a year now but the final straw was when they called family members acting like I was ready to have my vehicle repossesed for a payment that was 14 days late and due to come out of my account in 2 days.  I am completing the paperwork to refinance and I will always tell my story if someone would want to finance through them.  It hasnt been a good experience for me.

This is deffinity chase and they have called my work 20+ times and told my boss. Tell her the repo man is coming. Josh is the worst and very rude. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB

I was 2 months behind and the collections dept for chase kept calling and I might add not very nice.  I paid $490 yes****ay and they still called today.  I had a hole in my radiator and that was $350 back in June and then 2 weeks later had a flat and ended up getting not 1 but 2 new tires and that was another $132.  My husband is disabled.  Partially blind following complications from a 5 bypass surgery in 2008 and cannot work.  He is offically retired now at age 66 and on a fixed income.  All these people care about is getting there money and nothing else.  They keep saying they understand but I don't think they do esp. when they s**** yelling at you about the money and why you don't have it.  Stop calling every 1/2 hr or so.  THIS IS HARRASSMENT AND SO****ING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

You will never find a place that will give you a loan and then not harass you if you are late on a payment. It ****s, But thats the way it is.

I would never do business with Chase.  I think they got their name from the way they hound people.  I have an auto loan through Chase, and they s**** calling me 6-7 times a day and sometimes more if the bill is 15 days past due!  ***?  I could understand that kind of HARASSMENT if the bill was 90 days past due, or even 30 days past due, but to go to these lengths to hound their customers and ****ard them with calls that are sometimes 15 minutes apart, is absurd.  I hate chase, and I will never get another auto loan through them a***n.  My wife and I were just discussing moving our loan to Wells Fargo, which we have our other car with.  Wells Fargo just mails reminders if you're late.  I don't think they've ever called me.Just to reiterate, FU CHASE!

Chase Auto Finance.  Payment was due YES****AY and they are calling me.  I had actually made a deposit to my Chase checking and did a transfer payment probably 15 minutes before the calls s****ed today.  But 1 day?!  Wow.

Paid my car payment over the weekend (as that is when it was due) online and yet they continue to call as if it is late. They are highly aggressive and obviously their payment records are not up to date.

I get calls from this number several times a day, as well.  I believe this is the number to Chase Bank.   Their customer service representatives are verbally harassing me on the telephone.

This number is driving me up the *****in wall. I don't even owe them money and they just keep calling and calling and calling. It is RIDICULOUS!! They need to STOP and LOSE my number.

I kept receiving calls from this # and no one is on the other end of the line when you answer the phone.  I s****ed answering and laying the phone down still connected after 10 minutes of the line being *******, they **** up.  I haven't been receiving so many calls lately.  :*)

I have a car loan with them. total I owe them now is less than 2000.00. I have never been more that 30 days behind, but i have been 14 days behind and even if u give a post dated check they will bug the **** out of you. they will call your job, your house, anywhere and everywhere. its really annoying. and they will threaten that they are going to repo your car...News Flash you annoying as* bank, if i am not over 30 days behind, i want you to TRY to repo my car because you cant

They call at least 10 times a day, and there is no message at times. The calls s**** in morning end at night and then there's only 1 message left. Mostly lucky from a very rude and arrogant person.

They call all day long if you are more than a day late on your payment. Every number you have and now including text messaging to your phone. Honestly i wonder if they are going out of business due to there desparity. 15 mins later they call you back a***n to repeat yourself.

This number calls my house, cell phone at least 8 times a day. When I answer there is no one there.  They call at 8:15am....and 8:55 at night.

Reminder car loan is due

I didnt recognize the number and google it.  When I seen all the complaints on this number I thought I respond. I have a Chase Auto Loan and it's 1wk. behind.As I continue to read poeple comments on this number, I realize that who ,ust be calling.  They have called 15 times in one day, 28 times in one week!  Since they are only receiving voice mail, they have called less then a minute behind each call.

Chase Auto Finance.  I was 4 days late with a payment.  I had to end up using the money on funeral arrangements.  Received a call from one of their reps and he was extremely persistent on getting a post-dated check from me.  After 5 minutes of me telling him no and he telling me yes, (pushy little *******) I finally ***g up on him.  Thank god I have a T-Mobile G1 phone because it has an option in my contact settings to automatically have any caller forwarded directly to voicemail.

I get calls from these blood ****ers at all times of the day and night on every phone number I have including my employers. If I do answer and talk to them they call back a***n in an hour asking the same questions I just answered.

keep getting called from this number.  Says call 866-204-0047,  wants account number or SSN.  I don't have an account with chase.  I have never had an account with Chase or Chase Auto.  This is a scam to get your information in my opinion.

This number called me identifying itself as Chase Auto Finance.  I am not technically a Chase customer yet, and do not have an auto loan through them.  They asked for an account number and social security number, and not just the last four digits of my social like most places would to verify.

My auto loan is one day late. And already I have had 10 missed calls from these people although I just recently made a payment but has not yet posted.

Sick and tired of being called by this number.

These people have the wrong number and yet even after we have informed them of this they still continue to call. They call atleast 10 times per day!

The Chase company keep calling me and make me angry. My phone number is on the DO NOT CALL list already but why can they be able still harashed me like that?

s**** calling at 8am and don't stop calling until 9pm. so very annoying. calling back to back. no communication. you speak with one person and 15 minutes later, someone else is calling. call on sundays. have asked not to call constantly. have a baby and toddler and just had major surgery.

I agree with "angry"!  There should be some law a***nst it - it's harrassment is what it is!!!  Even if they receive your payment, until somebody decides to update it in the computer, the calls will continue to come (and from many different numbers!).  I just let all unrecognized numbers go to voicemail.  They should give you at least 30 days past the due date to s**** bugging the @#$# outta people.  Maybe you just don't have the cash at that particular moment, maybe you need to shift some money around and can't make that exact date every month!  Chase only let's you c****e your due date once a year....  My guess is that they do that on purpose so that you can be late and they can charge you more fees!  I even tried making a payment over the phone and was told the fee for that would be $14!!  What the @!$# justifies that amount!!  If everybody paid their bills on time, those idiots wouldn't even have a job!  So they need to be grateful and lighten up a little freakin' bit!!!

i am tired of chase calling my house on sundays and hoidays or any other day for that matter. i am on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to matter. why do they have such a list if it isn't enforced???

yeah, it's Chase autodialer bull. My phone has a reject feature so I can put them on that list and the phone never even rings. (Samsung U600) Sweet phone.

This number is Chase Auto calling about payment. These A**holes will call ten times a day even if your payment is not. If you are late one time on your payment they will call you every single day. There should be some law a***nst this. They called me 8 times today and my payment isn't due for 10 days. F*ck Chase don't ever get a loan with piece of sh*t company.

Am behind on chase payment. gotta be them. no voicemails. i have c****ed my phone number in the past year or two 4 times to avoid solicitors. So i know when i get a call now it is someone that KNOWS me. I hope that the phone doesnt s**** to ring nonstop.

I keep getting calls from this same number between 8-9 p.m. on my at&t cell. How can they continue to call me if I'm on the do not call registry??

I just got a new cell phone.  I have T-Mobile, is that any link to the problem??  I'm not even old enough to have a car loan ... ??Is there any way to block this caller??  It calls me 4-5 times a day.
