This the service that charges on behalf of O'Connor &****ociates. They are in India and at first I thought it was a joke or telemarketer.****uming you're okay with their service and process then they are harmless, as long as you pay of course.

some foreign speaking woman called wanting leasing information on a commercial building that I have been leasing for 11 years. Told her it wasn't for lease and she asked for the owner. This is not thefirst time they have called but the first time I have spoke with them, they've called later in the eveningpreviously. Don't know how they are getting my company phone number****ociated with the buildingsince the building is leased by me personnally.

Just received a call from this number - they ***g up on me!  I had requested their services (O'Connor &****ociates) but when I got the paperwork, I did not complete it or return it.  It is a service that will attempt to reduce your residential property taxes.  The paperwork did not ask questions that I thought were relevant, so I did not return the paperwork.  Now they are calling me and ****ing up!  very unprofessional!

I answered and they are wanting to do property tax reduction services. I told them that I was on the Do Not Call list. They were wanting me to give them additional information. I told them that there was plenty of information on the appraisal form which they can get from the internet. After that, there was a "hello,*****o" and then a busy signal.

keep getting this call, too...from the indian guy. sounds like a scam!

You will have to send them a registered letter telling them that you no longer require their sevices.  They are sneaky in how they have you sign the contract and in very fine print it says that it is unending unless you request it to end by a given date and you have to specify it.  Thank goodness we caught that and put in a date on the form when we tried their service.

These people keep calling me about a tax reduction on one of my houses. I used them over two years ago for an appraisal and was not happy with their services. After I paid for using them two years ago I told them I did not want to use them a***n and was not happy. Two years later this Indian man with a very strong accent calls and says I owe them $45 for 2009 appraisal says I have a never ending contract with them and they will keep billing me and appraising my house because I signed a contract. I told him that was a bunch of BS and to send me a copy, I even emailed them telling them to stop harassing me. Once a***n I get a call and since I did not answer I had a message from them. Does anyone know how I can get them off my back? I'm not giving my money away especially for so****ing I did not request. These people have some nerve.

I just rec'd a call from this number - I did not answer and they did not leave a message. After checking it out, the number is listed as O'Connor &****ociates out of Houston, TX. They purport to be real estate value experts specializing in appraisals, property taxes and market research. Since I am in real estate, I don't need their services. Besides that, I don't do any business with those who call and don't leave a message.

i received this call today and he was a man with very strong Indian accent, i could not understand him at the beginning. finally i understood that he said he called from  'mcdonald' or so****ing****ociation, and he want me to pay him about $100 for the service of reducing our property taxes. however, i have never request any services whatsoever. He said he has my paper do***entation with my signature on it, and also gave me a false email address. i was angry and shocked by what just happened, so i told him that i have never request anything from their company and it was a false call. he **** up after that and said he will check it a***n and call back. i told him i will report to police station.

I keep on receiving this phone call.
