I got a call at 8 a.m.asking for my deceased husband. This after sending chase auto financing his ***** certificate and surrendering the car he had financed through them. They are a terrible company to have anything financed through. They wouldn't work with me so I could keep the vehicle. Now I get collection calls for my deceased husband who has been gone for over a year.
called two or three times today alone!! they also use a 0015 number - i just blocked the number through my carrier - hopefully they will get the hint and knock it off
