I get calls from them multiple times a day, and if a message is left it is so jumbled I cannot hear the entire call back number. I graduated in December and my payments were due to s**** in June. When I received my statement it said Zero amount due. What the heck!?! I had even talked to them and confirmed that my payments would s**** in June. They have been calling since May!
Yes this would be Chase Student Loans. They used to call me everyday leaving messages and I had to explain to them that I don't have a job right now but I am looking. I asked about a deferment and filled out the paperwork to apply for one but I didn't qualify so they keep asking me if I can get the money from other family members and I say no. I just keep telling them that I know this is looking bad on my credit and I want to get this taken care of but am unable to at this time. They have gotten a little better and arent as rude as they used to be and now I only get calls once or twice a week. Usually on the weekends which is really annoying. But I can handle it if its only once a week versus everyday. I can't wait until I can get a job or get back into school and just get them off my back.
I have been receiving calls from this number and I neither have a student loan or have I ever banked at Chase. It is so annoying!!! What is worse, they are calling my cell phone!
I've sent Chase close to 10 letters of enrollment verification [I don't even graduate until spring] and they still won't stop calling me. This company is HORRIBLE. I'm looking into reporting them to some government agency or ...so****ing. They called me seven times last SUNDAY. Absolutely ridiculous.
Sometimes message, but mostly just calls. They s**** about 8 in the morning and call of and on all day long. In fact, one just called at 7pm. They call my son and my husbands cell phone, but do not leave messages. My son called them back and explained he was waiting on his payment from sign up from guard, but they they don't care they want the payment now. He told them he was unable to pay at this time, but would when his money was released. They said they would continue to call until the payment was received no matter what.

I had a phone call from them while I was still in school except I was living in a dorm so my family members received the call every week. And then I had loan issues for school since my school c****ed the borrowers and didn't accept Chase anymore I was *****ed. So I have been out of school for almost a year and not going to attend for a while a***n hopping I get into another school maybe a community college with some sort of payment. Anyways since it has been difficult to get a job since no one was hiring near me I had no way of paying for the payments. And I spoke to them couple of times about the situation and they wanted me to give them family members bank accounts or pull money out of my a** or families a** to hand it to them. It is understandable since I have been out of school and since I have no job and couldn't pay the payment. And we both destroyed my credit since I haven't payed any payments but common. Can't you like call once a month instead of every day. Nothing is going to c****e. Calling my work cellphone in Ca***a. Never had a student loan. Computerized voice identifies the call as an important message from Chase Student Loans. Quite annoying. Makes me angry at lazy and incompetent American bankers.
Everything I'm reading says this number is from Chase student loans. I even made arrangements and scheduled a call time and they s****ed harassing me a week and a half early.
Calls my house every hour from this and other numbers (813-584-3017 & 602-221-6136) s****ing at 8:01 a.m. until 8:59 p.m. trying to collect on a Chase student loan for one of my children. This student loan was supposed to be deferred until six months after graduation. My child is STILL IN COLLEGE and is only a junior and they are already trying to collect. They have been very rude and argumentative and refuse to listen to anything you try to tell them. I have repeatedly requested that they stop harrassing me and they said they will continue to call us until they get a checking account number. They don't even care that my child is still in college and have refused proof of enrollment.
it is chase education they will call you multiple times a day until you make the payment and if you set it up for a future date they will call you until that date has been reached it doesnt matter if their system shows that a payment will be made on a future date.
Has been calling me every few days for the last two weeks. Once, at 4 o'clock in the morning. No voice messages.
