Company calls I answer but no one is there
We've been getting multiple calls a day from Redline trying to reach a family member of mine whose debt we have absolutely nothing to do with. All we get is a recording that takes 30-45 second pauses before each bit of information given. It's excruciating! I'd love to talk to a real person and give them every bit of contact info I have for my family member but I can't even get through the recording. Doesn't sound like a very good business plan for a collection agency. I'm so sick of these calls!
They have called three times tonight including thirty seconds after they said they were removing the "wrong number".
I received a call from 713 423 1059; I answered it because I have salespeople that report to my boss that may be trying to reach him. When I asked what company the caller was from they responded "Redline" and I asked what kind of company they were 3 times before I ***g up on the rude CSR.
will not respond any call with the name UNAVAILABLE. i did however pick up the receiver and there was some sort of recdording, but could not make out what was being saidi would never talk with anyone, usually if someone comes on the line i just lay down the phone and let them eat up their ti*****ey are s*** of the earth.
Caller ID shows Redline Recovery - prerecorded msg states "attempt to collect a debt" then leaves a toll-free number to call to resolve; no option to be transferred to an operator or cust svc rep to be removed from call list or tell them they have wrong number. Company may be trying to reach an individual who has apparently given our # (which we've had for over 3 years) as contact for her delinquent debts, as I've received numerous calls for the same person (Denise Hoxley or Hocksley?) over the past year. I will not call the toll free number, as I know these companies don't care that they've gotten the wrong number. Have filed a complaint with the FTC/www.donotcall.gov
Sounds like a SCAM company, trying to get your information. Said we have a DEBT and they are trying to collect on it.We have no debt. We are on EVERY "No Call" registry and we want them to stop calling!
The call ID shows "Redline Recovery" My answeing picks up the message. The message is recorded, first part is cut off from my answerig ma****e, balance speaks of a "discount" if I call their number.
I'm on the do not call list. They left a message selling some kind of credit junk.
