Once he gets paid he will not answer your calls either proceed with the transaction.

Said I was approved for a loan , than asked for all my personal info. Shouldn't they have that already?

This people are scammers fraud they want to send a payment to your credit card and than rip you off by paying them that amount payment will never go through don fall for this this is a big time fraud
