On Dec 22, 2010 some lady called me in Houston, Tx, from 713-480-2204 saying they set appts for a survey, for $3700 Energy savings provided by Stimulus bill. She already had my name, address. She asked me how much is my monthly bill and tried to set an appt, saying she is with US Power****ociation. Then she ***g up saying no one in my area for 3 or 4 weeks
