Got a call stating it was the department of corrections and to press 5 to accept. I missed it and it hung up without repeating... I honestly know no one in prison?

If the recording says from Globle tellcom then I think its a collect call other wise it says a pre-paid call from so and so.

You have to accept the call before anyone can say anything to you. Its a pre-paid call not collect. and it is from Stillwater Correctional Facility.

Got three calls in a row from this number.  A recording said it was some global tellcom company or something like that and that it was on behalf of an inmate of the Lino Lakes corretional facility named Mike.  I hung up.

This number is from a Stillwater, MN correctional facility. If you are getting 'creppy' calls you can call and tell them about the call(s) you received and they find out who is making that particular call and stop it.

Got two calls from this number, back to back. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Robo call.  It started saying something popohealth or something.  I just added to my caller id as Phealth SCAM, so I wont answer it next time.  If a different number, then I'll just add that one too.  This has worked in the past for me.  Less stress and worry.  I've got 10-12 numbers for some calling SCAMS.  None of which know me or have the right to call my number.

I have one to but he diddnt say anything just heavey breathing and talking in the background. This guy is a creeper

Have received two of these calls.  Caller ID says "Texas Call".  When call is answered, a recorded message states that the call is being sent from a Minnesota correctional institution.  I immediately hung up the phone.

Call is from MN Dept of Corrections - if you listen to the message the call I received was from the Stillwater Prison you have the option to accept, hang up or refuse all calls from that number. I am sure the 713 area code just comes from an automated phone service they use

this is the phone company caller I.D. # that comes up when Inmates in MN prisons call your phone

Recieved a call from this number on 3/21/08 - Did not answer.  I do not know anyone who would be calling me from this number.

called at 6:54 AM when i answered they didnt say anything so i hung up

I've gotten many calls from this place and the guy who called me was colored because he kept asking me if i was racest and he said his name was nels

8:00 am Central Time called twice, I didn't answer, no message, I don't have caller id.
