Yes, they are a debt collecting agency. Its easy to solve your problem, I did it in just 2 days. First of all its illegal to call on a debt that is over 4 years old in Texas. So they are aware of this. So I just turned it around by calling them several times in a day askin for their local number, them going postal on them, what you are doing is illegal, you are scamming people, you have not rights calling me on this. Yes I am ******, after the 5 th call to them they took me off their list. Yes they can give the BS but they can't take it back. I even asked them if they do this to their grandparents, their mother ***her. The debt they were calling abou was going on 7 years. I have a law firm handling this debt so these people were clueless as to what they are doing. They are just fishing in a big pond hoping to intimate the week. Don't let that be you

They called over a debt that had been settled over 10 years ago & went to auction. That being said only info he had on me was name & address, caller (debt collector) even tried bullying me into agreeing to paying or "we will do an employment search & garnish your wages" a total illegal practice & this is considered not only harassment but bullying!
