They called asking for my moms number and then didn't identify them selves?

recived call from this number. person did not identify self and stated she was calling in regard to a mutual client. she also asked me to confirm my address. i then ended the call without confirming. she called a***n shortly afterwards, but did not leave a message.

Bad number

RUDE person called from here looking for an employee who has been gone for 10 years. Then wanted his replacement. If it's a personal matter as MARCUS stated, why would any replacement be able to help him? He asked for my name and when I told him, he asked me if it was short for so****ing. What a weird question. "Why would you ask that?" I asked him. "Is Marcus short for so****ing?" Then he asked to speak to a manager and when I asked what the call was about he said he was not going to tell me. I said my job was to find out who the caller is and what they're calling about before I can put the call through to my boss(es). He then asked if I was refusing to put the call through. Are you refusing to tell me what this is about? I asked. Yes, he said. End of discussion.

caller keeps calling and ****s up when voicemail picks up.

Just got a call, the person asked if I was (full name).  I stated yes.  They asked if my mailing address was still the same... this was unusual and prompted me immediately to ask if they knew me and/or who they're with.  She did at this point give her name and stated it was a collection agency.  I really dislike this tactic but I'm not sure if there's anything illegal.

I believe there debt collection practices are in violation of some collection codes.they do not identify themselves as a debt collection agency, even though they ask for you by name, as you to confimr that you are the party of interest. Then they proceed to ask if you are still getting your mail at "address". They are at that point skip tracining you. make your life easy, use call blocker and block every number they call from. *80, then #01#, to block the last caller or manually input the number.

713-5895138 called this morning.  Don't know who this is, they keep calling.

Same thing happened to me this morning!  I gave up after 3 calls.

This man name Jermain called from 713 589 5138, not sure who he/they are becuase they will not say what comany they are calling from, They did advise our voice mail they were looking for some lady of the unknown, I am not sure how they got our number. If they continue the harassment up I will have our company Attorney’s to look into the matter ….

i got a call from this number twice already but they dont leave a message so i have no clue who it is...

Got a call (from caller id 713-589-5138) asking for a person whose name may be within my family, but stated on the answering ma****e that if I was not this person that I was not permitted to listen to the rest of the message.  (I don't believe that can hold-up in court.)  They said they were Debbie from [not audible] Recovery Systems trying to reach [Jane Doe] about a debt and she should call back to 866-516-6961.  [Jane Doe] is not part of my household.  This is the first time to receive this type of call from URS.  I'll see if they persist.

The HoneyDrippers- Sea of Love -  I just got the same song.  This is the second time he has contacted me.  the first time, the guy told me his name was Irving Ket****gs and to call him back at a certain number, but nothing else.  This time I was in a meeting and that song was my 'voice mail' from them/him this time.

Someone called me from this number and just stayed on the phone and said nothing i said*****o a few times and nothing just dead silence.Seems like stalking to me.

Dell Financial is who they said they were

This time I received a playing of a record - "Do you remember when we first met...  How I love you".  I recognize the song, but cannot put a ***le to it.  It went on for 2 minutes.  I've saved the message to my phone.

CALLING ME AT MY PLACE OF WORK. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS OTHER THAN THE MAN THAT LEFT THE MESSAGE SAID HE WAS WITH U.R.S.

I keep getting calls from this number almost every other day.  Sometimes they'll call twice in a day. They try to appear like a local call on my caller id with no area code so when I called them back once to find out who they were, it was a company in NY, so they're set up to look like a local call.  Called a***n and it went straight to someone's desk "Julia Speaking". I just ***g up.Recovery Systems is their name

They are stealing people info to private cell phone - not authorized for their use and not of the party of such who is the owner of the cell phone.  In addition, if you call this number from any phone they record that number and s**** calling asking for a person.

Have received several calls from this number.  They leave a message to call 888-505-1573 appears to be some sort of collection agency.

I have just recived about 3 phone call's this morning and when I answer they say nothing so I **** up not gonna answer anymore.
