They are clothing donation. I gave one time. Less than a week later they were calling a***n asking for clothes. I had already given everything I had. The call and email daily.

They call all the time clothing donations i tell them to stop calling but they won't

They claimed they were with Clothing Dontations and wanted any gently used clothing. They are not spammers, but they certainly call frequently enough.
