Caller states that someone I know was trying to meet up with a 16 year old girl in Florida. Phone is calling from Texas. The person who he said he is going to meet the girl is here with with me and has been all day. Once we s****ed questioning him, he didn't want to talk and blocked our numbers. it's a scam that s****ed on an app called Emerald. Beware
