Phoned our home, but didn't say anything until 30+ seconds of waiting after we answered. Actually asked for us by name, said HIS name was Donny, but when asked what company he was calling from, he ***g up. I called back, took 5 minutes on hold, got same guy. I asked if this was Donny, he said no. I said we must have gotten disconnected? He said ooh, are you looking for car or home insurance? I said no. He ***g up a***n. Very rude!!!
