Called and asked for our "Controller. Asked if "he" was in today? We don't have a "controller" and our manager is a SHE. I asked what this was in regards to, already knowing it was a BS call. No response on the end of the line, so I ***g up.

I've just had the joy of this phone call and must say I hope he calls back so I can do the same to him.  That was BEYOND ignorant...you have no clue who you calling...

SOMEONE CALLED ASKING FOR THE OWNER, WHO WAS NOT IN AT THE TIME AND WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND WOULD NOT BE BACK FOR A MONTH. ASKED WHAT IT WAS ABOUT TO SEE IF I COULD HELP THEM THEY TOLD ME STRAIGHT THAT IT WAS NONE OF MY BUSINESS AND THEY WOULD JUST KEEP CALLING BACK.

Called our business asking to speak to a manager or accounting department. Asked what the matter was in regards to so I could direct him to the correct person. Wouldn't tell me. I stated I was the Vice President and would be happy to help him with whatever he required. Asked me "what's wrong with you lady?""I'll call back when you're not there." Well, good luck with that. We won't take your calls now and have blocked calls from that number.

When I verified that a person from this collection company had actually called the correct company and if he wished to leave a message for the owner (who he had asked for), he rudely stated that he figured that meant that the "owner" wasn't there and when I responded in the affirmative and asked a***n if he wanted to leave a message was told that I should lay off the *****. Of course, you can't phone back the same number to complain.

If you need a profession Collection Agency to do a detailed investigation and keep your debtors from making excuses to keep from paying you, you can counton them. They will file suit and follow through to get your receivable paid. It may take several months, however they WILL get to the bottom of these Companies that think they can get away from paying the samll guy. They represent major companies and also small unknown companies in the same manner. Beleive me when I say" They will find out everything about any debtor that owes money.

This Company will eventually collect money that is owed to you. If you are being contacted by them, I would immediately try to make some sort of settlement asap because they are proffessional and WILL find out more about your company than you want revealed in the end.

This company is an honest Company and gives any debtor the benefit of the doubt in its collection process. However , they will file suit a***nst any company that p[lay games and lies so that the truth can be obtained through litigation. Great Coolection Agency and very proffessional.

I used to work for this place back when I lived in Houston- if they're calling you, its probably more than likely because You owe someone a nice c***k of c****e...If they're calling you at work, well - I think its time that you take care of that debt. Just talk to them, do not ignore the calls, otherwise you will be put back in the "call back" pool...which I am sure can be tedious.Oh and if it does go far enough, "the scaret tactic" does happen...Take care of your business and this wouldn't happen...That recovery rate is high for a reason.

I place all my bad debt with them they have like an 86% recovery rate. It saved my company from destruction. Say what you will but they are good people.

1-713-974-8301 This party calls my home repeatedly today there was a person on the line and I advised it they had so****ing to discuss with me put it in writing otherwise do not call a***n.

This caller calls at least 8 to 10 times daily, ****s up, never leaves a message and I will not call back numbers of this nature. If the caller wants to speak to someone at our number they can identify who they are and to whom they wish to speak.

got a call one day that they wanted to purchase so****ing from our company. with a bogus 713 number that does not ring when called: 713.974.8301next day long voicemail left from an investigator mark barnes confirming an****ett investigation meeting at our office location as a scare tactic. they used many lies in the message left (in an effort to get our attention i guess)then did not leave a direct number but said would show up at our offices and gave date and time of confirmed meeting (which was not confirmed and we had never heard of) said we needed to contact James McKinney or mc kinley at 877-374-1214 but that goes direct to a message so they can get your info. (don't leave any) the above poster gave the correct info for this unscrupulous law firm. our company is debt free and a simple honest phone call would have gotten them any info they needed. if we owe bills we pay them.  this bs scare tactic is over the line and I encourage anyone who has had this kind of experience to call the number to the law firm above, (from a blocked number)and give them a piece of your mind. (without using your real name) just make up and name and a case number and let them waste their time trying to figure it out. or better yet report them to the better busines bureau or file charges for business interference.

I just got a call from Mark Jones for a relative. He stated he could not tell me what it was in reference to but left me a number for them to call back. 1/866-778-1922 ext 1610.Hope this helps someone else.

Called repeatedly and never leaves messages.  Will listen to my voicemail and then call all other numbers on voicemail system without leaving message there either.  Will not answer call without knowing who this person is.

Called my office and ***g up-

They called my place of business, asked if it was the business, and ***g up.

They called, asked my name and ***g up.

Unidentified number;  called and left no message.
