They call at all hours of the day or night. This morning they called before 8:30 AM. We are on the DO NOT CALL List.... which obviously doesn't mean a thing. A recording answers (sometimes they bother to answer) and says, "Please hold for a very important message for...." but then doesn't say for who, and is followed by beeps or clicks. I'm not holding for anyone who doesn't have the courtesy to be on the phone when the call is made if they don't tell me up front who is calling so I will know whether or not I want to hold for the caller. Don't bother answering.

I've had this number call my cell phone several times and they never leave a message or text. I don't know who it is!!1
