They call and never leave a message and if you call back, the line is always disconnected. They call more then once.

The caller was hard to understand not only because of her accent, but because the phone line had a lot of static. She said that she was Officer June Smith from the Internal Revenue Service. She gave some other nubers after her name. I believe she said that it was her division number.

Normally don't answer unknown numbers, but was expecting a call from that area code; ***g up immediately. Going back to No Know / No Answer and wait for the message.
