I wanted information to further my educational career and when I said I am currently enrolled in school they said "we cant help you" and just ***g up. Very poor customer service and very rude!

Called me about me expressing interest in wanting to continue my education - I told them I wasn't interested and didn't know what they were talking about - sassy response about paying attention to those questions online?

One gets your number and a whole load of them call you trying to get you to sign up for online courses
