About this telephone, 714-276-0726 This telephone land line listing is in the same vicinity that I previously resided in for more than 19 years. However, I have been in the Santa Barbara area for 16 years and the Northern Central Coast for more than 2 years now. This number is harassing both of my cell phones and leaves no inter connecting number to correspond. We have opted to block it but it might be a friend, so we don't know what to do at this point accept wait for someone to leave a message. We do not want to call it from our home phone number because of caller ID that people use and if it is a person who is mentally disturbed or on that order.

I believe this is a s***bag telemarketer named Harrison P Dolan aka Harry Dolan. He is linked with Ghana scammer who is posing as Paul T Quaye. The REAL Quaye is the only national hero Ghana can claim. This other fraud who is in with Dolan are freaks who have the scam market cornered on Romance and Finance Scams. BEWARE BE VERY AWARE, they are good at what they do.
