I was a victim. he even said my first and last name. on thxgiving. I told him I could not understand him. my sister ******ed the phone he s****s giving out info. she sd its a holiday and she isht writing anything down. day call Attorney Mike Anderson. if it payday loans. sorry I have none. ill report his****.

Hahaha this was such a funny phone call....aside from the frequent phonecalls, he left voicemails and his accent was so strong I could barely make anything out. So I s****ed speaking back to him in broken english and he ***g up and I havent heard back...Idiot.

Definitely scam! Same thing happened to me as everyone else.

Who ever this guy thinks he is, is so very wrong for calling and making threats to people over supposed outstanding payday loans. Funny thing is, the guy would not shut up for me to ask any questions and get any answers from him, and I just tried to call the number back, it rang three times and I guess my call was rejected because the call ended. SO YES THIS GUY IS A VERY BAD SCAM ARTIST, but a scam artist none the less and I am sick of them all. This is not the first time I will have called a police department to report such people, nor will it be the last. And I would really hate to see him try to go further with me, as the irs already has a red flag on my id since I have been victim to id theft 2 times before. So not only will I be contacting the Anaheim PD, and I will contacting the irs agent who is investgating the theft of my id.

Okay so now I am getting arrested for a money transfer that was never received and they want to talk to my lawyer. This person said they were calling from the states attorneys office and that I would be arrested in front of my neighbors???? Wonder how thats going to happen considering my nearest one is a mile away. When I asked what this was about he iformed me that I had a payday loan...Not so. He offered to let me make a settelment offer until I told him that my parents were attorneys and asked for a number they could contact him at to try to settle the matter. He then told me that they would have to speake to the judge after I get arrested.

Same thing happened to me. Called and left message to have my lawyer call them. I in turn called them and at first was not able to get thru. I eventually did. At witch point the person on other end proceeded to read off a list of charges to me. He also claimed to be from the states attorney office. After him using his what I will call scare tactics on me he then offered to work with the person who was suing me. After being on hold few about ten minutes he basically said I had one hour to come up the money or the law suite was going to move forward. I have since called the people he claimed were suing me and straightened that out. I will also be calling the authorities to file a report as well. I hope this helps some one out in the future.

This number is definetely a scam,I reported them to th Anaheim Police Department!!!

I just got a call from them to. same thing.
