I answered without saying anything, they ***g up 10 seconds later without a word.

same thing I got a missed call. Called back and it said the number was no longer in service. It's probably a recorded message by someone trying to scam people

I just got a call from this number and I didn't answer. I called back to see what it was about and it says the number is disconnected. Interesting...the plot thickens.

CREDIT CARD SPAMMERS. They said they were from my credit card company. They indicated I needed to immediately call they so they could lower my interest rate to a rate that is higher than I currently have.

THIS IS MARK FROM BANK OF AMERICA CALLING ABOUT YOUR BANK OF AMERICA CREDIT CARD ETC EVEN THEN - DO NOT CALL BACK # LEFT IN MESSAGE - LOOK ON BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD AND TELL THEM YOU RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THERE WAS PROBLEM WITH YOUR CARD - THAT WAY YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU ARE CALLING YOUR CC COMPANY, NOT A SPAMMER NEVER GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO OUT TO ANYONE WHO CALLS YOU REGARDING CREDIT CARDS, BANK ACCOUNTS, LOANS ETC - MAKE THE CALL BACK TO THE PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU PERSONALLY HAVE ****OCIATED WITH THAT CARD OR LOAN - IT WILL BE ON YOUR LOAN PAPERS OR BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD DO NOT OPEN YOURSELF UP TO IDEN***Y THEFT !!!!

Received a call with a recorded message about lowering interest rates in my credit card that was in good standing. I don't own any. I pressed 1 as instructed to learn more, Someone answered "Hello" and when I told them I didn't understand the call that I had no credit cards, they ***g up on me.
