714-380-5403 has been ringing my phone off the hook today. . .and not leaving messages. I, too, have time warner internet, and I just paid the bill, so there is no reason they should be calling. . . unless it's to apologize for the subpar service.

Been getting endless calls from this number: 714-380-5403 and they never leave a message.  I don't answer my phone unless I know who's calling or they leave a message.  This number calls me pretty much every 4 hours, even late, that's very weird.  I should just block this number from calling my phone.

Watch out!  There is a good chance they are trying to rip you off. I got a call from 7143805403 and the guy told me he is from Time Warner and he can give me a smokin deal on digital cable. So****ing didn't sounded right. Curious though he knew I have Time Warner and my name but didn't knew the details on the package I have.A***n watch out !

Received call, didn't pick up.  Google says orange county (live in LA, have a philadelphia number)

I keep getting **** up calls from this number.  It's an Orange County phone number but I do not recognize it nor does anyone leave a message.  My mobile phone is on the Do Not Call registry.
