called once, left no message

I got several calls from this number so I tried filing a complaint with the FTC under the Do Not Call registry laws, but after filling out the form I got an error message saying that because the organization was not registered with the FTC they could not take my complaint.  Then the website directed me to a page to register this number... ***??  I looked for a form or contact e-mail for half an hour but this site is so *****ed up I can't find a way to contact them. Suggestions?

Got a call, but I don't answer numbers I don't recognize...ever. So I called back 8 hrs later using caller I.D blocking ("*67" then dial the number as usual). It was Time Warner Cable.

got a call from that # tonight, but I have a NY cell and they just called at 11pm NY time..no message here either.  Thanks for the tip!

Received calls from this number at least 1 a day, didn't leave message

I have received at least 4 calls from this number in the last week. They never leave a message. I'm sure it's marketing garbage.

This same number also called me and tried to get me to go to a specific location to "claim my prize".

this # called me trying to sale me so****ing. but i ***g up before she said what it was. she was way to happy sounding to be a good thing!
