I received a phone call regarding a bill that has long been paid as well from  a company 7143805868.  the man advised me his name was 1800find it. I advised the rude man that I had bank statements to prove that  I had paid this bill however, he would not listen to me.  After about 20 minutes of him cussing me and calling me a liar he ***g up.

Coach Goldstien -I think this was a little ridiculous of you to say - I mean seriously - he told you he realized it was a scam and reported it to the correct authorities. I can't believe you would say "military folks think their debt just disappears" ... I mean really!?! This man thought there was a debt and tried to be responsible and pay off the debt only to fall victim to this scam... and I am here to tell you this IS IS IS a fraud/scam... whatever you want to call it. They took ALL our money out of our account and now after resear****g it we realize so many people have had the same problem with this SAME company. There are several lawsuits pending on this particular company. Apparently they get your credit report and depict themselves as "debt collectors" of accounts you have (whether they may or MAY NOT be past due)... you think its real because they use accounts you currently have or have had in your name. They tell you that you have to pay up or they will sue you - they call your work and threaten to garnish wages or serve you at work - they call your family members and give them personal information (which is TOTALLY illegal) and they threaten and harass you over the phone. They told my husband he needed to "get his wife in check"... come to find out the credit card company they said I owed from 6 years ago does not have any record of me owing a debt. And apparently this company also uses real debts to collect on people and then they keep the money for themselves!

If they are calling you , you must be in deep debt . Sounds like they tried to cut you a deal releasing you of liability and restoring your negative credit . You should pay your bills to avoid having to deal with debt credit restoration companies. That guy was just doing his job , don't ***** the messenger who has to break the bad news to you. Allot of military folks think their debt just disappears when they are deployed , especially when there wives are out there running up the bills.

Wife received a call from "Steve Baez" representing WWR &****ociates, 714-380-5879 / 1866-897-9079 suggesting she owed past $$ on an account that has been paid long since. I am currently deployed and after speaking with my wife she notified me of this situation. I contacted the org and fell for the fraud. After realizing what had taken place, google, I contacted my credit card co immediately because I had given the fraud my info for settlement. The card co stopped payment and reported my card as "victim of fraud" meanwhile issuing me a new one.

A Mr. WC Brown has repeatedly called me stating that he is representing a debt collector.  He has threatened to send someone to serve papers to me at work and if I do not give him my bank account number routing number immediately he will take further action.  He is illusive and will not provide a mailing number or phone number.  He is harassing me.
