Just recieved a call from these people, they are trying to tell me they are collecting off a payday loan from 2004.  I have never had a payday loan, he even went as far as to say that I made a couple payments.  Scary part is he had my account information, will definately be swit****g banks!  I asked him to provide me proof and also asked why he was trying to collect off a debt that was 7 years old.  He got frustrated with me when I s****ed asking questions, told him that he needed to contact my attorney or better yet that I was going to give his number to my attorney to contact him directly..... wow his at***ude c****ed real quick.  Told me he would close the case out.... I think this place is a scam.... don't verify any of your bank info... they had all my account information!  Have no clue how they got it!!!!

They are calling my parents and my work and saying things that are not true. I've done some research into them this is nothing more than simple wire fraud. The FBI website has an easy to use form to report it. Stop reading these who called me websites and report these people so they go to jail or it will never stop.

I rec'd a call, now I am worried. First they asked if this was the -------residence I said yes like a *****. They said they were trying to get a hold of a neighbor they gave his name and address, and asked if I knew them I said no and they said thank you and that was that. It just seems very strange that so many people are getting the same sort of call. What are they looking for? Isn't it unusally for collection agency's or any agency's to be calling neighbors looking for another person. How did they get my name and number?

Got a call today 1-11-10 at 12:50pm from a dan cherry saying he had been trying to contact my neighbor.  He stated he sent her so****ing and been trying to call her but her phone seems to be disconnected.  He wanted me to pass on a message to her and gave the reference number 854870.  I called back before resear****g and left a message asking him not to make me a third party with his dealings.  I informed him if she does not respond to him that is between him and her.  I have never gotten a call like this.  It is very unusual and a violation of my peace.  I don't have caller ID so the information could not be displayed.

My neighbor received a phone call asking for me or my husband by first and last name, they new my neighbors name. He was trying to get a hold of us and gave them his name as Don Jerry left his number and a ref# for us to call back. They became su****ious so they relayed the message to me. I thought also that it was strange because I have not ever given their name out as a refrence plus if I had I would of adise them of it,t hat is why they became su****ious also bercause they new I would of said so****ing to them. I have not received any letters or anything with any collections and do not owe on any collections that I know of. My son ran into the same thing with a 714 number and went on this sight to see if it was a scam and sure enought it is.I heard on the new that people are doing this world wide. No not call them back from your phone they will then have your actual numer. The number that this Don guy called on my neighbor home phone number and not ont their cell, so he is getting information some how from some public source.

He is rude and trying to reach my son who doesn't live with me.Stop calling!!!!!!!!!!!!!  His name is Don Cherry.

Rude people, threatened me with jail, taking my vehicles, calling the cops, called my employer, for a debt that is not mine, is****ociated with my husband's ex-wife, a debt she is responsible for, did not know it even existed, these people should be locked up and the key thrown away, they play the good guy-bad guy thing, watch out they are *****.

Get the name of these peoplethey may be for real and could help you outIf you are avoiding there call and just writing bad things about them, then you should get your facts straight instead of just running from them

Called to say I owed a debt, would only accept credit card or checking account for payment. Stated they would garnish wages, attach leins ect. When I called this number back to see if they would answer as a business, they only said "hello,*****o"....strange.. I reported them to the attorney general....

Called my boss and said they are surving papers on me if I don't return their call.

This man calls and says he trying to find a relative for a bad debt from a credit card company that the relative has never had an account with.  He is rude and har***** my 75 year old mother.
