Same thing you all are complaining about... telemarketing calls to my cell phone which is also on a National DO-NOT-CALL list.I'm going to personally find out who's behind this "business" and may file a class action suit... which is one of the ONLY ways all the others doing the same thing will learn, by example.

Rec'd a call from 714-384-9607 on 6/13/08 at 10:47 AM.  Diane was calling for carpet cleaning. It was a recorded message.  My cell phone number is on the national do not call registry, easily available to any reputable marketer. Very irritating.

This person keeps calling about getting my carpet cleaned on my cell phone. What's up with this? Isn't it illegal to call a person's cell phone?

same thing.. except i never answer.. they always call during the same hours..between 1-2pm...i got called 2 times on the same day, and today 1 time..how do they get these numbers?.. isnt that invasion of privacy??!!??

Same thing. "Hi this is Diane... professional carpet cleaning.." and I **** up. But, I'm getting calls on my cell phone. This is the second time this has happened.

On 6/06/08, I received another prerecorded message from 714 384-9607 about carpet cleaning.  I've tried calling the number to put a stop to the unsolicited calls to my cell phone; however, all I get is a busy signal on that number -- obviously the calls originate from an automatic dialing ma****e.  FCC rules prohibit automatic dialing ma****es and prerecorded voice message devices from calling cellular phone numbers.  Since xo Communications is providing the means for this illegal operation,I will contact them during their office hours tomorrow.  Any other suggestions to stop this costly invasion?

They are using a "war dialer"!  I have consecutive cell numbers (ordered that way, back in the day) and got 3 calls in order on each line! ****s!Am filing with FCC, FTC, CPUC (Cal. public utilites comm.) a***nst them and a***nst XO! They can not hide behind confidentiality and let someone use the "Wire" fraudulently.  They can't be expected to anti****te a problem, but once notified (many times it would appear) they can't continue to let it happen unchecked.  That is part of the FCC code as a "common carrier" they MUST operate in the interest of "public good" not protect a customer making them good money making all these calls

XO Communications just called me back and they will contact the company on my behalf to have my information removed from their calling list, w***ver this company is.  XO Communications could not disclose the company information to me, but told me that I could always file a police report with the number that's been calling.  With the phone number, police should be able to track these people down and slap them with unlawful activity warnings/charges/etc.  CALLING PEOPLE'S CELL PHONES IS ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA.  Let's do what we can to bring down telemarketers and their horrible schemes to ****ard us with phone calls about things we don't need.  BTW, this time I spoke with Dawn at 214.261.7411.

XO Communicationshttp://www.xo.com/Pages/HomePage.aspxCall their corporate office at 703.547.2000 and speak with Deb Manning.  The caller is subscribing to telephone service via XO communications.  There is no real direct way to deal with the caller, but we can put pressure on in every other respect to try to get this number to stop calling.  Deb only said that she would take this number up to her legal department and she would see what she could do.  She didn't promise anything.GOOD LUCK, Everyone.

Called my cell, no message.  I tried to call from my work line, but it is just dead air.
